At Next Step, we aim to offer individualized life coaching support. Because no two individuals are the same, support plans are designed based on current skills levels, areas of need, and long-term goals for independence and success.

To get started, prospective clients and/or caregivers will complete a readiness form. This helps identify strengths, challenges, priorities, and areas where support may be most beneficial. From there, an individualized plan is created to target meaningful goals at an appropriate pace.
